Intermat 2024 multitel: tutte le novità

Preview of Intermat 2024: all the latest from Multitel Pagliero.

Multitel Pagliero will attend Intermat with 8 machines, three of which are part of the new AXON full electric range – previewed at GIS 2023 – which will be the central theme of the external area of stand EXT5 D018.

Multitel, for the first time, will welcome its guests not only with its usual “Italian hospitality” but also with an area dedicated to the MiM Style shop, a range of clothing, accessories and objects Made in Multitel, which can be purchased in the E-shop available on the company website. Truck mounted platforms and Made in Multitel products concretely express the quality of the work carried out by the Manta company in all respects.

MT 162 AXON telescopic platform on an Iveco eDaily 35S10 full electric truck of 3.5 t GVW, providing a working height of 16.2m and a load capacity of 80kg at its maximum horizontal outreach of 11.2m, rising to 250kg at 7.4m outreach. The vehicle is powered by a 37kWh lithium battery with 400V working voltage that ensures a range of 120km. The charging socket is a standard type at the front of the vehicle for easy connection to charging stations or the industrial/domestic power supply.

The aerial platform is powered by an integrated hybrid module containing a 5kWh lithium battery of 48V working voltage, an electric motor with the pump and the operational electronics.

The platform battery is recharged at the same time as the vehicle battery, without the need for further cables. If the platform’s battery runs out of charge, it can continue to be operated by drawing power from the vehicle battery, which only partly reduces the vehicle’s range. The platform’s movement speed is the same as with the diesel version and is driven by a 2.5kW permanent magnet electric motor.

MJE 250 AXON telescopic platform on an Iveco eDaily 50C14 full electric truck of 5.2 t GVW. Maximum working height of 24.7m. At its maximum horizontal outreach of 16.5 metres, the platform’s capacity is 100kg, rising to 250kg at 12.5m outreach.

With the boom fully extended it is possible to work below ground reach at -3.5m. The 450° rotation of the turret, the self-levelling platform able to turn 120°+120° and the articulated jib opening 180° enable the operator to get around any obstacles and be positioned precisely at the work area.

The vehicle is powered by two batteries, 37 kW each, and the platform draws energy directly from them, without the need for an additional battery. The permanent magnet electric motor controlled by a high perfomance inverter, and the high-proportional controls installed on the machine ensure high energy efficiency: the impact of a working day on the vehicle’s range of 185 km is less than 10%.

The MUSA System together with the MUSA X calculates the outreach on the basis of the extension of the stabilizers, the weight of the cage, the geometric configuration of the boom (angle and extension) and the tilt of the chassis up to a maximum of 3°.

SMX 210 AXON tracked aerial platform with maximum working height of 21,20 m, maximum unrestricted horizontal outreach of 9.5m and platform capacity of 200kg.

Its weight of just 2,500kg and the “non-marking” tracks ensure reduced pressure on the ground, while the compact size and the removable aluminium cage make it possible to carry it on a trailer and access confined places, while being able to handle gradients of up to 25%.

The lithium battery pack guarantees 8 hours of work and can be recharged from the mains in about 4 hours. The electric drive with lithium batteries means that the spider can be used inside buildings or green areas, reducing consumption, emissions and noise.

MXE 170 articulated aerial platform on Piaggio Porter NP6 Long Range, with LPG and gasoline fueling.

Maximum working height of 16.90 m, maximum horizontal outreach of 6 m, UP&OVER of 6,8 m and platform capacity of 250 kg (2 people).

Designed for use in the narrow streets of city or historical centres and, in general, in work areas with limited space. The weight is low with a GVW of 2,800 kg, allowing it to move on delicate surfaces, the length is reduced (5,850 mm), while the stabilisation is only 1,800 mm ground print.

The overall compactness is matched by reduces heights (2.550 mm) making it one of the most compact platforms on the Piaggio NP6. The choice of LPG, in addition to guaranteeing cost savings and less pollution, allows urban circulation at all hours of the day, without the constraints of traffic blocks.

160 ALU R telescopic platform. The best known and most popular Multitel Pagliero on the market presents itself – starting with the ‘R’ (Restyling) of the initials – with some innovations compared to the classic model

First of all, the length, which is reduced by about 10 cm and makes it even more efficient in small areas. An efficiency to which the new front straight-line stabilisation, as opposed to the inclined one, contributes. The platform’s capacity also changes. Previously 200 kg at 7.80 m outreach; now 230 kg at 7.50 m outreach. The working height remains unchanged: 16.50 metres.

MTE 270 EX telescopic platform on a 3.5-ton truck, with maximum working height of 27m. The stabilization and the automatic stowage make it an extremely easy machine to use, mentre its light weight makes it extremely manoeuvrable.

It is equipped with MUSA (MUltitel Self Adapting outreach): the outreach calculation and limitation system that maximises the working area covered by the platform depending on the chosen stabilisation configuration. It is completed by the MUSA X system, which calculates the outreach based on the tilt of the chassis up to a maximum of 3°.

MZ 350 articulated platform on a 12-ton truck. Designed to the same geometric configuration as the popular MZ 250, it has a maximum working height of 35.3m.

Equipped with two double-extending telescopic sections, at its maximum horizontal outreach of 20m the platform’s capacity is 80kg, rising to 200kg at 17.2m outreach and 360kg at 14.8m outreach.

The self-levelling platform measures 2000/3000 x 900 x h1100 mm. The turret’s 450° continuous rotation, the self-levelling platform with 90° + 90° rotation and the jib enable the operator to get around any obstacles and be positioned precisely at the work area. There is an optional Hybrid pack with 210Ah lithium batteries powering a 12kW electric motor able to assure a full day’s work.

MJ 450 telescopic platform on a 26-ton truck, with a maximum working height of 45m. The 32.30 m horizontal reach has a load capacity in the basket of 120 kg, 300 kg at the 30.30 m reach and 500 kg at 26.70 m. The turret’s 360° continuous rotation, the self-levelling platform with 90°+90° rotation and the extendable jib enable the operator to get around any obstacles and be positioned precisely at the work area. It also allows you to work below ground level. Solid and reliable, as fast in movement as it is intuitive to drive, it is perfect for the wind energy sector.

All models are equipped with EVE, Multitel Pagliero’s evolved electronic, which, thanks to proprietary technologies such as MUSA and MUSA X, guarantees speed, linearity and fluidity of vertical and horizontal movements. No sudden lurches but extending of the sections and elevation of the boom always in perfect balance and with instant adjustments. The outreach, with the moment sensing limiting device, is load-dependent and ensures safe movement. The Telemetry system, con GPS tracking, ensures machine status display, parameterisation and remote diagnostics.
