  • Water jet cutting
  • Boom and crossmember machining centre
  • Cages and supports robot welder
  • Base frame robot welder
  • Boom robot welder

m1

This is where platforms up to 50 metres are created and all pre-delivery checks are carried out.

The automated spare parts warehouse Modula is located here, handling 20,000 items and enabling delivery times to be reduced to a minimum throughout Europe.

HERE THERE ARE THE DEPARTMENTS:

  • Preparation of hydraulic piping
  • Automatic spare parts warehouse
  • Production of platforms > 50m
  • Pre-delivery checks

m2

The facility where booms under 30 metres long are assembled, and where there is also the painting centre for customising equipment.

This is also where aluminium components are sandblasted and pickled.

WORK DONE IN THIS LOCATION:

  • Painting booths
    Sandblasting
  • Pickling of aluminium components
  • Assembly of booms < 30m
  • Automatic storage system for hydraulic cylinders

m3

At this facility, technological innovation gives life to the most powerful machines for working at great heights. This is also where new models of truck-mounted platforms and those for special uses are assembled.

THIS PLANT HOUSES THE DEPARTMENTS FOR:

  • Finishing of 3.5-ton platforms
  • Assembly of special models
  • Assembly of hybrid models
  • Production of 30-50m platforms

m4

Welcome to the realm of hydraulics, where more than 22,000 cylinders are produced and tested every year.

At M4, technology and the experience of the staff are focused entirely on creating these essential components.

THE FOLLOWING PROCESSES TAKE PLACE AT THIS SITE:

  • Machining centres for hydraulic cylinder components
  • Cutting, bending and flaring of hydraulic piping
  • Robot welding of hydraulic cylinders
  • Assembly of cylinders
  • Dynamic cylinder testing

m5

In addition to assembling truck-mounted and tracked platforms up to 29 metres, all the testing and calibrations are done to ensure flawless functioning.

It is also home to the Training Centre, where customers’ sales managers, engineers and mechanics receive instruction on the technical and technological features of the models.

HERE ARE FOUND:

  • 3.5-ton platform assembly
  • Platform testing and calibration
  • Training centre

m6

Here, every year, miles and miles of cables are meticulously connected to create electrical wiring and control panels.

The technical support call centre is housed in this extensive structure, making use of telemetry to address the issues of customers wherever they may be.

HERE WORK THE TEAMS SPECIFICALLY FOR:

  • Preparation and marking of electrical wiring
  • Assembly of control panels
  • Production of Teflon components
  • After-sales service call centre

m7

Around the most advanced robots for laser cutting and plasma cutting work the specialists involved in the manufacture of booms longer than 30 metres, as well as in the welding and construction of the main components in steel.

THIS SITE HOUSES THE DEPARTMENTS FOR:

  • Laser cutting / plasma cutting
  • Bending and punching
  • Production of booms > 30m
