Multitel Pagliero has made available to companies an additional service, which will help increase familiarity with its product range: 35 video tutorials on the correct use of truck- mounted platforms (34 machines + one on safety regulations). Tutorials that can be accessed via the QR code on the various models. Concluded in the summer, the project was coordinated by Matteo Griffone, Multitel Pagliero’s system design manager, and took six months of work involving various departments of the company: logistics, workshop, IT, technical office and marketing. Interaction between departments, adherence to production schedules and delivery of machines to customers required meticulous planning, which made it possible to have equipment available according to a precise schedule.

The tutorial consists of two parts: one on the correct use of the machine in safety, one on the individual model. The safety video has common general elements relating to the inspection of the work area, PPE to be worn, reading the manual and correct stabilisation; the next chapter goes into detail with stabilisation/destabilisation, power take-off, cabin functions, ground and basket controls. In total, each tutorial – consisting of its two parts – lasts between 6 and 8 minutes and is supplemented by icons and notes for more complete and detailed information. Four languages are provided: Italian, English, French and German. In the coming months, the project will be completed with videos dedicated to tracked platforms.

The operation was appreciated by customers as well as by the sales and dealer network.
In addition to meeting the needs of the companies in a practical way, thanks to greater knowledge of truck-mounted platforms, it reinforces the value of Multitel Pagliero’s brand, which has always been synonymous with quality.
