WITH TRANSGRUAS MULTITEL PAGLIERO TRUCK-MOUNTED PLATFORMS ENTER TRANSGRUMA’S RENTAL FLEET

Transgruma Multitel Pagliero

A family-run company, founded in 1989 by Manuel Aguado García and based in Leganés (Madrid), Transgruma specialises in the rental of machines for lifting, handling, concrete pumping, aggregate transfer, and the transport of goods nationally and internationally. A fleet of more than 100 vehicles, a key player in many large projects in the industrial, construction, energy, petrochemical, and wind power sectors. The meeting with Multitel Pagliero took place during a ‘demo day’ at the dealer Transgruas’s premises in Valdemoro (Madrid), which ended with the order of three HX200 EX: articulated on a 3.5 t truck, with a maximum working height of 19.90 m, a maximum outreach of 9.60 m and a basket load capacity of 225 kg. A platform that is easy to use in the most different contexts: construction work, maintenance, installation and laying, renovation, cleaning, tinsmithing, pruning and much more. A first for Transgruma, which until now only had models over 3.5 t in its rental fleet for large heights with driver. Of the HX200 EX, the Leganés-based company appreciated the aluminium structure – considered a decisive plus – the robustness combined with safety, and the fluidity and precision of movement.

Appreciation that quickly materialized in the order of an MZ250 articulated platform, soon to be delivered. A highly successful model – 700 units have been sold in Europe since its launch – among end users and rental companies. Reasons include the compact chassis, 3-metre wheelbase and excellent turning radius, which allow access to working areas where many other machines cannot enter. Mounted on a 3.5 t Iveco truck, it has a maximum working height of 25.10 m, while the horizontal outreach of 14.35 m allows a basket capacity of 80 kg and 250 kg with the 10.35 m outreach. The articulated jib and the possibility of working below ground to -2.5 m make it a versatile and high-performance machine. Features enhanced and extended by EVE, Multitel Pagliero’s evolved electronics.

While the automatic stabilization and home function simplify the use of the platform and allow it to be positioned even in confined spaces, the system allows simultaneous proportional movements and smooth leveling, which regulate the speed of extending the sections and elevation. Whether from the control panel on the ground or in the basket, EVE ensures speed, linearity, and smoothness of vertical and horizontal movements. No sudden lurches but extending of the sections and elevation of the boom always in perfect balance and with instant adjustments. The operator has full control of the elevation and movement of the platform, whose position in the space is “read” by several high-tech sensors that measure angles, positions, and pressures. In addition, the MZ 250 is equipped with two other EVE technologies: the MUSA system – which optimizes movement and performance based on load, boom rotation and stabilizer position – and telemetry with GPS tracking, machine status display, remote parameterization, and diagnostics. The new order consolidates Transgruas, Multitel Pagliero, and Transgruma relationship and opens up an even deeper collaboration.
