Creates an even more robust and competitive group for “high-up” work
Manta (Cuneo) 20/05/2026 – Multitel Pagliero is taking a further step forward in its journey of growth by announcing the acquisition of a majority stake in Palazzani Industrie, a historic Italian company that specialises in developing tracked aerial platforms and special solutions for working at height.
By absorbing complementary skills and key markets, this strategic operation significantly broadens Multitel Pagliero’s technological and application scope and strengthens the Group’s international positioning.
The merger between Multitel Pagliero and Palazzani Industrie stems from a shared vision and common roots: two Italian family-run businesses with strong links to their local communities but firmly focused on exports, have built their growth on quality, technical expertise, continual innovation and close attention to customers.
The two firms have been working together for more than 20 years, during which time a substantial technological and commercial synergy has developed. This acquisition is therefore the natural continuance of an already established path, now taking on a new strategic dimension.
In this respect, the acquisition is more than just an industrial step; it is the confirmation of an already tangible convergence between two companies that share similar market strategies and aspirations for working at heights.
«This acquisition represents a natural step in Multitel Pagliero’s growth path», comments Renzo Pagliero, President of Multitel Pagliero. «Palazzani Industrie is a company with which we share profound values, a solid industrial culture and an international vision. Together we will be able to further expand our worldwide reach and offer customers increasingly comprehensive solutions, while continuing to ensure the essential values of quality, innovation and reliability».
From an industrial standpoint, the merging of the two companies will result in significant synergies, thanks to the complementary product lines. Palazzani tracked platforms and specialty machines will be added to Multitel’s truck-mounted platforms, creating an even broader and more versatile offering that can satisfy an even wider range of application requirements.
