Italy is home to family-run businesses that are passed down through generations or have a long entrepreneurial history spanning decades. Fratelli Boscaro based in Vigliano Biellese (Biella) is no exception to this tradition. Established over 50 years ago, it first made its mark in the transport sector with cranes, before becoming a leading player in the rental market for truck-mounted cranes, self-propelled cranes, mini-excavators, forklifts, aerial platforms with and without operators, industrial moving, and exceptional transport services.

With a team of 20 employees and a fleet of 180 machines available for hire, both with and without operators, the company operates in the provinces of Biella, Novara and Torino. The Piedmont region hosts clients from various sectors, including textiles, industry, construction, as well as craftsmen, horticulturists, green maintenance workers, and freelancers.

In January of this year, Fratelli Boscaro expanded its business operations by opening a new branch in Romagnano Sesia, in the province of Novara. This initiative is supported by the recent purchase of five new Multitel Pagliero truck-mounted platforms, mounted on Isuzu trucks with a gross vehicle weight of 3.5 tons: two MXE 200, one MX 210, one MXE 170 – all articulated – and one telescopic, MTE 270 EX. These new models join the six existing machines in the rental fleet, which also includes a 32, 37, and 40-meter platform. This range of models meets the needs of those working at high altitudes, such as in condominiums, factories, or for pruning or cutting tall trees. Both family businesses, Fratelli Boscaro and Multitel Pagliero have been collaborating for over 20 years, with a relationship built on the recognized reliability of the machines, ease of use, maneuverability, and the speed service.
