Founded in 2018 in Bristol by Andy and Max Morris, One Fifty has, in just five years, carved out a national space in the field of external cleaning services used by property managers and owners, facility managers, as well as industries, construction companies, educational institutions, and healthcare services. In fact, their experience spans decades, which has allowed them to identify market potential and enter it with a service that combines high-quality standards and competitive rates.

The path that led to the purchase of the first MZ250 truck-mounted platform in 2021 went through a series of rentals—based on work requirements—of Multitel Pagliero machines, which were appreciated for their reliability. The MZ250, a commercial success across Europe and especially in the UK, immediately stood out for its ease of use, versatility, and compactness: with a 3-meter wheelbase and excellent turning radius, it can access areas with limited or narrow entry. The 25.10-meter working height, 14.35-meter horizontal outreach, articulated jib, and the ability to work in negative tilt up to -2.5 meters, as Andy Morris points out, «allow our operators to reach and clean even the most difficult and hard-to-reach external surfaces. The purchase – he continues – turned out to be a game-changer, as it gave us greater flexibility and better cost efficiency for both our company and our clients». From this purchase to the acquisition of a second model in 2023, the transition was swift and also opened up the possibility of rentals, bringing in additional revenue for the company.

Following its rapid commercial success, One Fifty purchased a third Multitel Pagliero articulated truck-mounted platform in 2024: the MZ350. Designed with the same geometry as the MZ250, it is mounted on a 12-ton truck and has a maximum working height of 35.30 meters. Equipped with two telescopic double-extension sections, it has a maximum horizontal outreach of 20 meters, which allows a basket capacity of 80 kg, 200 kg at an outreach of 17.20 meters, and 360 kg at 14.80 meters. «These technical features – Andy Morris highlights – will allow us to further develop our capabilities and support future growth. This larger machine, with its superior outreach, will be perfect for tackling bigger and more complex projects, without needing to rely on third-party suppliers».

Given their satisfaction with the purchases and One Fifty’s development ambitions, the owners have already planned for a future addition to the fleet.
