Multitel Pagliero’s technical assistance is organised to minimize maintenance time for aerial platforms. The service provides the first fundamental phone assistance in 5 languages (Italian, English, French, Spanish and German), in which a team of specialised technicians provides customers and workshops with all the necessary information for a quick and conclusive solution to the problem. All with the help of the latest communication technologies and, where present, remote connection to the electronic system of the truck-mounted or tracked aerial platform.

Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance are provided by the Multitel Pagliero branches in Italy (Turin and Milan), France (Lyon), Germany (Alsdorf district of Cologne) and the UK (Luton). Thanks to equipped workshop vans, the technical staff of each branch is able to work directly on site or at the company of the customer. Together with the network of dealers and licenced workshops, ubiquitous service is assured throughout Europe.

These ensure both routine and extraordinary vehicle maintenance, supported on the ground by dealers, authorised service points and mobile service vans equipped to take direct action on the jobsite or in the company.

The assistance service relies heavily on technology, which also ensures the effectiveness and safety of your fleet or single platform. GPS localization, machine status visualisation, parameterization and remote diagnosis are all made possible by the telemetry system.


Simple operation thanks to a straightforward data connection that enables the user to connect to the Multitel Pagliero Telemetry portal from a smartphone, tablet or PC.

Once your fleet has been identified and the model selected, it is possible to:
• check position, movements, status and any anomalies to be remedied
• check the efficiency and take action to improve performance
• schedule maintenance work
• view a graph showing how each of the individual parameters (hours worked, sensor status, etc.) has changed over time

TRAINING

Training is an integral part of the service offered by Multitel Pagliero to its customers, after having purchased truck-mounted, self-propelled tracked aerial platforms or a special machine. The continuous technological evolution of the machines requires complete and up-to-date knowledge, which the company provides by familiarising customers with the machine and offering courses specifically for the customer’s sales managers and technicians/mechanics.
