Tracked aerial platform with maximum working height of 25.1m

At its maximum horizontal outreach of 11.8 metres, the platform’s capacity is 80kg, rising to 250kg at 8m outreach.

The operator can get around any obstacles and be positioned precisely at the work area thanks to the turret’s 360° rotation and the 1.4m x 0.7m self-levelling platform able to turn 90°+90°.

Variable positioning stabilizers for a narrow/wide configuration on one or both sides, with automatic managing of the horizontal outreach depending on the load in the cage and the method of stabilizing.

Its compact size and weighing just 2,600kg make it possible to carry the SMX 250 AXON spider on a trailer and access confined places.

Smooth movements and fine positioning are provided by the full-proportional electro-hydraulic controls, which regulate the speed of extending the sections and elevation, descent and rotation from control panels on the platform and at ground level.

Efficient use and optimised consumption are assured with the start/stop system in the cage.

The boom made of aluminium ensures rigidity and precision of movements, without bending or the oscillationsthat could compromise the accuracy of manoeuvring.

The clean design of the boom, which holds the piping and cables internally, avoids the risk of damage from obstacles or falling objects and materials.

Fitted with all safety and emergency devices according to regulations.

The electric drive with lithium batteries means that the spider can be used inside buildings or green areas, reducing consumption, emissions and noise.

The lithium battery pack guarantees 8 hours of work and can be recharged from the mains in about 4 hours.
