Founded in 2001 in Izegem, West Flanders, Rentalift was created by Filip Deschrijvere and Marleen De Leersnyder as a specialist company for the rental of aerial platforms and minicranes. In 2022, Rentalift became part of TVH Equipment, strengthening its structure and expanding its market reach.
The collaboration with Multitel Pagliero dates back to 2002, when Rentalift purchased its first Multitel platform at a trade fair in Italy— a decisive moment that marked the beginning of a long-term partnership built on quality, reliability, and strong technical expertise.
A lean organisation with nationwide coverage
Although Rentalift operates from a single location, the extended network of six TVH Equipment branches ensures complete coverage across Belgium for sales, rental, service and after-sales support. With a team of 11 employees and a fleet of 285 machines, the company serves more than 4,000 customers, ranging from rental users to industrial end clients. Its structure remains intentionally lean and efficient, allowing each team member to play a key role in service delivery and customer satisfaction. The combination of family-driven values and the solid organisation of TVH enables Rentalift to remain flexible, fast-responding and highly attentive to customer needs.
Most requested Multitel platforms and a growing fleet
The Belgian market, characterised by compact urban areas and versatile job requirements, has a strong preference for articulated platforms. Multitel models such as the MX210 and MZ250 are among the best- selling units, appreciated for their efficiency, stability and compactness. Today, Rentalift’s Multitel fleet includes 27 units — MT162EX, MT182EX, MT204EX, MJ201S, MX210, MX250, MZ250, MTE270 and spider lifts such as SMX170, SMX210 and SMX250 — alongside approximately 275 Multitel end users supported throughout Belgium. One of the distinguishing strengths of Multitel machines is the intuitive and consistent design of the control panels, which simplifies operator training and enhances productivity and safety across different working heights and model types.
Services, standout deliveries and the value of technical support
Rentalift provides complete after-sales support, ranging from workshop and on-site maintenance to training, troubleshooting and the supply of original Multitel spare parts. The company’s technical expertise ensures fast intervention times and high customer satisfaction. Recent deliveries include the third MZ250 to Cleandak, a professional cleaning company known for showcasing its Multitel platforms on social media, and a major delivery to an electrical contractor featuring two 160 ALU R units and two MT162 Hybrids — the first MT162 Hybrid ever delivered in Belgium.
Rentalift describes its collaboration with Multitel as “excellent”, praising the fast spare parts logistics and reliable technical support. Working with Roberto, Mirko, Cristina and the Multitel team is described as “a pleasure”, thanks to their availability, solution-oriented mindset and consistent professionalism.
Looking ahead
Despite a competitive and evolving market, Rentalift looks ahead with confidence and sees Multitel as a fundamental pillar of its future development. According to the company, “there is still a lot to achieve together”: new opportunities, an expanding fleet and increasingly advanced Multitel platforms will continue to strengthen a partnership that has already lasted more than twenty years.
