Multitel Pagliero is pleased to announce the appointment of UTILBEN as its new official dealer for the Romanian market. Headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, UTILBEN is one of the most dynamic and fast-growing companies in Romania’s industrial and construction equipment sector.
Founded in 2006 by Ruben and Oana Marian, UTILBEN has grown to employ over 120 people and currently operates from its main headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, with additional branches in Bucharest, Baciu, and Iași. The company serves a broad range of sectors — from agriculture to construction — with a constantly updated fleet of machinery. The introduction of Multitel Pagliero aerial platforms enriches this portfolio with high-performance, truck-mounted and tracked platforms that respond to the growing demand for safe, efficient height-access solutions.
In addition to equipment sales, UTILBEN provides comprehensive after-sales services, with a team of 30 technicians that work both in-house and on-field with 20 service vans, supported by a well-stocked spare parts warehouse that helps minimize machine downtime in the event of breakdowns. These strengths, combined with a highly skilled team and a strong customer focus, make UTILBEN a reliable and forward-thinking partner for professionals across Romania.
The dealership agreement was officially signed on July 2nd, 2025, during a visit by the Multitel Pagliero team to UTILBEN’s headquarters in Cluj-Napoca. Representing Multitel were Roberto Marangoni, Global Marketing and International Sales Director; Mirko Rebuzzi, Distribution Manager; and Luca Rubiolo, Service, Spare Parts and Training Manager. They were welcomed by Ruben Marian, CEO & Founder of UTILBEN, along with Mădălina Ghisa, Sales Back Office, and Angela Tehei, Supply Chain Manager. The visit marked the formal start of the partnership and laid the groundwork for strong commercial and operational cooperation.
“As CEO and Founder of UTILBEN”- said Ruben Marian- “ I’m proud to announce our partnership with Multitel Pagliero, a leading European manufacturer of aerial platforms.
This collaboration brings top-tier height-access technology to Romania, helping our clients work safer and more efficiently.
This partnership marks an important step forward in our mission to contribute to Romania’s development through access to world-class equipment and trusted service. We look forward to building success stories together — for our clients, our team, and our country.”
With this new partnership, Multitel Pagliero strengthens its presence in Eastern Europe, relying on UTILBEN’s solid experience, territorial reach, and commitment to delivering excellence in both products and support.
Initial deliveries of selected Multitel Pagliero models are already scheduled for the coming months, aiming to provide Romanian professionals with advanced and reliable solutions for safe work at height.
