Their structure is designed to offer fast, localized service—whether it’s for equipment consultation, machine delivery, after-sales support, or technical assistance.

“Our team supports customers with tailored advice, ensures smooth and professional handover of the equipment, and offers reliable maintenance and repair services to keep the platforms in optimal condition. In addition, we maintain a well-stocked spare parts inventory to guarantee quick availability and minimize downtime for our clients.”, says Dominik Borner.

A Special Delivery at Zurich Airport

One of the most notable recent projects involved the delivery of a Multitel MZ 350 mounted on a 12-ton MAN truck chassis to Zurich Airport.

This was not only the first over-3.5-ton Multitel unit sold in a long time, but it was also custom-built by Multitel to meet specific airport needs. The platform can now be operated at low working heights (around 5–6 meters) without stabilizers, enabling it to work directly on its wheels—a perfect example of Multitel’s flexibility and responsiveness to customer requirements; this is also the result of the corporate thinking of MiM-Made in Multitel.

A Strong and Growing Partnership

Over the years, the cooperation between Stirnimann and Multitel has steadily grown, driven by mutual trust and a shared focus on customer satisfaction. Multitel’s family-owned company combines tradition with innovation, offering high-quality and reliable aerial work platforms that perfectly meet the demands of our customers.

Working with Multitel means having a dependable partner who understands our needs and supports us in delivering outstanding solutions to our customers,” says Borner.

Looking ahead, Stirnimann sees great potential in expanding its portfolio with the latest Multitel innovations and strengthening its presence in the Swiss market. With a solid foundation already in place, the future of this partnership looks bright.
