MULTITEL INVESTS IN THE HEART OF THE TECHNICAL OFFICE: NEW LEADERSHIP, NEW SPACES, SAME SHARED VISION

Multitel continues to invest in people, spaces, and processes. In response to the challenges of a rapidly evolving market, the company has launched a major restructuring of its Technical Office, involving both internal organization and the working environment in a synergistic way.

This significant change is part of a broader strategy to enhance the company’s know-how and is fully aligned with the “MiM – Made in Multitel” philosophy, which focuses on operational excellence and shared value.

The most notable change is the arrival of Eng. Giacomo Bolla, who joined the company in February as Technical Office Manager. Bolla holds a degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino, and brings a solid and diverse professional background in the industrial and engineering sectors.
He began his career as a CAE Structural Engineer at EnginSoft, a company specializing in advanced engineering simulation, before moving on to Bottero S.p.A., a global leader in the design of glass processing systems. During his seven years at Bottero, Bolla held roles of increasing responsibility: first as Technical Project Manager in the Engineering division, and later as Mechanical Design Manager, where he led multidisciplinary design teams and coordinated major product development projects.

With this wealth of experience, he now works alongside Eng. Roberto Bramardo, Technical Director at Multitel, with responsibilities that include team management and project progress monitoring.

“The arrival of Eng. Bolla marks a key step in the growth of our Technical Office. His managerial experience complements my technical vision, creating a synergy that allows us to tackle design and organizational challenges more effectively. Together, we’re building a stronger, more dynamic, and innovation-driven department, capable of leveraging the human and technical capital that has always distinguished Multitel.” — Eng. Roberto Bramardo, Technical Director

Alongside this organizational evolution, the physical space of the Technical Office has been completely renovated. Partition walls have been replaced with glass surfaces to encourage openness and collaboration, while workstations are now arranged in functional islands designed to foster communication and teamwork.

Today, the Multitel Technical Office is divided into two main areas:

  • Mechanical Technical Office
    • Electrical & Software Technical Office

This structure allows for specialization of skills while maintaining strong synergy between teams, which is essential for the development of advanced technological solutions.

The current team includes 30 people, evenly split between the two departments. In the last 12 months, four new engineers have joined, while many team members bring years of experience within the company. Some of them come directly from production, demonstrating Multitel’s ability to nurture internal talent and promote cross-functional growth.

Design input comes directly from the company’s owners, from the national and international sales network, and from daily production needs —ensuring an integrated and responsive approach to product management.

This reorganization is part of a broader strategic path that Multitel has been pursuing over the years, consistently investing in innovation, communication, and human potential development, with the aim of consolidating a leadership based on solid expertise, shared values, and a strong identity : “MiM – Made in Multitel”.
