UK’S FIRST MJE250 TELESCOPIC TRUCK MOUNTED PLATFORM DELIVERED TO PG PLATFORM

PG PLATFORM

First MJE250 telescopic truck mounted platform arrives in UK thanks to PG Platform

The first MJE250 telescopic truck-mounted platform with jib was delivered a few days ago in the UK to PG Platform Ltd: a rental company from Snodland in Kent that is celebrating 40 years in business this year. A bittersweet anniversary because Phil Cutting, who founded the company in 1984, sadly passed away earlier 2024. But PG Platform‘s is a family success story, one that continues now with son Steve and grandson Charlie, who joined the company in 2019 and is ready to take it into the future with a staff of great professionals.

And the future is also the new MJE250, which joins the other Multitel Pagliero truck-mounted platforms that, thanks to the work of Greg Moore (UK & Ireland General Sales Manager Multitel Pagliero) have become part of PG Platform’s rental fleet in recent years: the telescopic MT162EX and MJ 201, the articulated HX200 EX and MX250. A large fleet (vertical, articulated, telescopic, tracked platforms) that allows them to meet the needs of companies in Greater London and the South East regions of England.

Smooth hydraulics, Multitel Pagliero Evolved Electronic (EVE) with MUSA X and Telemetry system, variable stabilisation and a large working area are among the MJE250’s features that impressed Steve and his son Charlie. Mounted on a 3,5 t Iveco Daily truck, the platform has a working height of 24.70 m, a maximum horizontal outreach of 16.50 m with a 100 kg capacity and 250 kg with a 12.50 m outreach. With fully extended boom it is possible to work below ground reach up to -3,5 m. The rotation of the turret of 450°, the self-levelling basket with 120° + 120° rotation and the articulated jib with 180° opening allow you to get around any obstacles. An ideal machine for hire by companies in the construction sector (construction, maintenance, renovation, installation and laying) as well as those involved in plant engineering, cleaning and green maintenance. Technical qualities and performance that, accompanied by Multitel Pagliero assistance, consolidate the relationship with PG Platform.
