Multitel Pagliero looks eastwards and signs a partnership agreement with Nexa Global Infra Solution: a company founded in 2023 by Anirban Ghosh in Mumbai, the commercial capital of India. Anirban Ghosh will explore the business opportunities offered by India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Buthan markets, providing support in sales and after-sales of truck-mounted platforms. A mechanical engineer and business management expert, Anirban has 26 years of experience in the industrial sector and was JLG’s Regional Manager in the Indian sub-continent for 11 years, contributing to the brand’s commercial development in India as well as devoloping key strategic clients for Gulf region. Anirban’s experience also includes senior roles for brands such as Hilti, Roop Telsonic Ltd, and the current representation of Platform Basket and Trackunit.
Multitel Pagliero and Nexa Global Infra Solution, after some preliminary discussions, met a few days ago in Manta to shake hands. The visit was an opportunity to get to know Anirban Ghosh and his entrepreneurial vision. “As stated in the pay-off SAFE. EFFICIENT. SUSTAINABLE, our goal is to make every construction site safe, efficient, and sustainable. We do this by choosing to work only with companies that can satisfy these aspects with their products and services. Multitel Pagliero,’ Anirban continues, ‘allows us to offer our customers world-class truck-mounted platforms that are safe and with environmentally friendly hybrid/electric models’.
Anirban has no doubts about the success of the brand in this new market. “During my recent visit to Manta and after seeing the entire production process – from raw materials to the final product – I firmly believe that with its more than 110 years of experience in industrial manufacturing and more than 50 years in the production of truck-mounted MEWPs, Multitel Pagliero will become very popular in the Indian rentals and end-users market.
The Indian subcontinent, and India in particular,’ Anirban points out, ‘is witnessing strong momentum in all sectors: urban and high-speed rail, airport, energy, wind, chemical, petrochemical, steel and metal, construction, etc. This growth will continue and more and more projects see the use of truck-mounted MEWPs instead of conventional ones. In neighboring countries such as Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Bhutan we will choose our segment to provide customers with what they need and maximize the opportunities’.
“We have known Anirban for some time, as well as the excellent work he has done in the Gulf Cooperation Council region,” says Roberto Marangoni, Global Marketing and International Sales Director Multitel Pagliero. “We share an entrepreneurial vision and objectives with him and we are confident that his experience will enable us to penetrate a market that will be strategic for Multitel Pagliero.”
