A telescopic platform achieving a working height of up to 24.7m mounted on an e-Daily 50C14 E truck of 5.2t GVW.

At its maximum horizontal outreach of 16.5m, the platform’s load capacity is 100kg, rising to 250kg at 12.5m outreach. With the boom fully extended it is possible to work below ground reach at -3.5m.

With a turret rotating 450°, a 1.4m x 0.7m x 1.1m self-levelling platform able to turn 120°+120° and an articulated jib opening 180°, the operator will be able to get around any obstacles and be positioned precisely at the work area.

The platform draws its energy directly from the two 37kW batteries that power the vehicle, without the need for an additional battery. The vehicle’s high-proportional controls and permanent magnet electric motor managed by a high-performance inverter, guarantee excellent energy economy. A full day’s work has an impact of less than 10% on the vehicle’s 185 km of range.

The proportional electro-hydraulic controls, which control the speed of extending the sections as well as elevation, descent, and rotation from control panels on the platform and at ground level, offer smooth movements and precise positioning.

The Full Electric power supply guarantees cost savings, and its reduced pollution means that it can enter town centres at any time even where traffic restrictions are in force. The start/stop system in the cage ensures even more efficient use of the platform, optimising consumption.

The MUSA X system calculates the outreach on the basis of the extension of the stabilizers, the weight in the cage, the geometric configuration of the boom (angle and extension) and the tilt of the chassis up to a maximum angle of 3°.

The characteristic aluminium boom provides rigidity and precision of movements, without bending or the oscillations that could compromise the accuracy of manoeuvring.

Installing piping and cables inside the boom not only ensures a clean design but also avoids the risk of damage from obstacles or falling objects and materials. Equipped with all the safety and emergency devices according to regulations.

The telemetry system for remote communication enables GPS localization, machine status display, parameterization and remote diagnosis.

Simple to operate, it can be taken into old town centres, restricted traffic zones and other sensitive areas for use in construction, maintenance, installing and fitting, renovation and cleaning, metal roofing and cladding, tree pruning and much more.
