MJE 250

Telescopic aerial platform mounted on a 3.5-ton truck, with a maximum working height of 24.7m.

At its maximum horizontal outreach of 16.5 metres, the platform’s capacity is 100kg, rising to 250kg at 12.5m outreach. With the boom fully extended it is possible to work below ground reach at -3.5m.

The 450° rotation of the turret, the 1.4m x 0.7m self-levelling platform able to turn 120°+120° and the articulated jib opening 180° enable the operator to get around any obstacles and be positioned precisely at the work area.

The boom, made of high-strength aluminium in one piece without welded joints, offers robustness in all conditions. Developed from a Multitel Pagliero design, it consists of five sections, four of which are telescopic, while the smooth movement is guaranteed by the fully proportional electro-hydraulic controls.

The MUSA system (Multitel-Self-Adapting outreach) has the addition of the “X” implementation. MUSA X combines the flexibility of MUSA – where the outreach is calculated on the basis of the extension of the stabilizers, the weight of the cage, the geometric configuration of the boom (angle and extension) – with a new variable: the tilt of the chassis.

This improvement on MJE 250 provides maximum performance in every position of the boom with the chassis tilted at a maximum angle of 3°.

The four automatic stabilizers with variable stabilization area can be operated independently on one or both sides.

Piping and cables installed inside the boom avoid the risk of damage in the event of obstacles or falling objects and materials.

Fitted with all safety and emergency devices according to regulations.

All kept under control thanks to the telemetry system for remote communication which enables: GPS localization, machine status display, parameterization and remote diagnosis.
