Eventually I arrived at what was my playing field and on which I had gained various experiences over the years: <strong>the sales department.<\/strong> After a lengthy amount of support I was able to understand the varied world of customers, and then I started <strong>managing the north-west area on my own as an account manager. In reality, the activity of this department is much broader than that described, but here too there is a <strong>very strong and complementary team spirit<\/strong>, essential to be able to do an Ticino are followed by an account manager who also manages the Milan branch<\/li><li>\u00a0the North East handled by an agent<\/li><li>\u00a0Emilia Romagna, Marche and Umbria are under the responsibility of two agents<\/li><li>\u00a0Tuscany is managed by an agent<\/li><li>\u00a0Lazio is managed by an agent<\/li><li>Southern Italy and islands is where Fimi SpA operates, the only dealer in Italy, with a well-established sales network and presence in the territory.<\/li><\/ul><p>These are seasoned professionals who have been working with Multitel Pagliero for many years and with whom In my opinion, the trust that Multitel Pagliero enjoys stems from its history and the manifestation of <strong>a wide range of advantages that the company can offer<\/strong>: <strong>product quality, aftersales support, spare parts, technological evolution<\/strong>. The first office I occupied was in the old entrance, where the spare parts department is now located.<\/span><span class=\"s7\"> At the time<\/span> <strong><span class=\"s6\">t<\/span><span class=\"s6\">here were only Manta 1 and 2, yet for me it was already a huge world<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s7\">. Then all the other &#8220;plants&#8221; were <\/span><span class=\"s7\">created <\/span><span class=\"s7\">with the consequent technological innovation, which allowed us to <\/span><span class=\"s7\">substantially <\/span><span class=\"s7\">increase <\/span><span class=\"s7\">output<\/span><span class=\"s7\">. <\/span><strong><span class=\"s6\">A <\/span><span class=\"s6\">consequence of the supply chain\u2019s industrialisation process, which saw a transformation from an almost artisan level to an out-and-out industry<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s7\"><strong>.<\/strong> <\/span><span class=\"s7\">Similarly<\/span><span class=\"s7\">, the company has <\/span><span class=\"s7\">expanded across <\/span><span class=\"s7\">all sectors, especially <\/span><span class=\"s7\">after <\/span><span class=\"s7\">2021 when organi<\/span><span class=\"s7\">s<\/span><span class=\"s7\">ational change<\/span><span class=\"s7\">s infused fresh vitality and significantly accelerated <\/span><span class=\"s7\">both domestic and international <\/span><span class=\"s7\">operations<\/span><span class=\"s7\">.
