Spare parts management is a fundamental part of Multitel Pagliero’s after-sales service. An aspect on which the company works constantly, to ensure its efficiency in terms of availability and delivery times. The innovative system of automatic vertical warehouses means being able to store and quickly secure over 20,000 spart parts, with delivery in 24 hours for continental Europe and 48 hours for other countries.
As regards fast moving items, the service is also handled locally by the Multitel Pagliero branches, while all the mobile workshops are supplied with spare parts for emergency repairs on site.
An online service is being developed, which will enable customers to check the availability of parts, place their order and choose the delivery method according to their needs.
